SS-A Ab ELISA kit is developed for the qualitative and semi-quantitative detection of antibodies against SS-A/Ro antigen in human serum. The assay is useful in the diagnosis and monitoring of autoimmune connective tissue diseases including Sjögren’s syndrome and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
